Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction is a rare complication of ascending aortic dissection; it is usually due to the coronary ostium involvement. The authors describe an unusual case with anomalous left coronary origin too; they suggest that, due to this combination, the aneurysmatic area pushes the anomalous coronary artery, causing acute myocardial infarction.Entities:
