Abstract
Toxoplasmosis was found in a 41-year-old man whose presenting symptoms suggested the presence of a presenting symptoms suggested the presence of a space-occupying cerebral lesion and meningitis. The diagnosis was confirmed histologically and serologically. Sulfisoxazole and pyrimethamine therapy resulted in resolution of the meningitis within 2 weeks, but no significant clinical change was otherwise observed. The pathology and epidemiology of similar cases are reviewed.Entities:
