Abstract
In this study, hepatectomy was performed in 29 cases by temporarily occluding hepatopetal blood flow of only the half liver where the cancer was located. Results were compared with that of total hepatopetal blood occlusion in 14 cases. It was found that this method was less of postoperative complications, especially in cases with liver cirrhosis, and easy to perform.Entities:
