Abstract
Over the last 7 years, I have used a "central aponeurosis disinsertion" technique to correct dysthyroid upper eyelid retraction in nine patients. Consistent and predictable results were achieved and maintained over follow-up periods ranging from 18 to 72 months. The technique is simple and effective, and does not involve extensive dissection or the use of a spacer.Entities:
