Abstract
An 82-year-old man was admitted for evaluation of dry cough and low grade fever. A chest roentgenogram obtained on admission revealed an abnormal mass shadow at the left hilus. Trans-bronchial lung biopsy was used to make a diagnosis of small cell lung cancer. This tumor regressed spontaneously.Entities:
