Measurement of kappa:lambda light chain ratios by haemagglutination techniques.

Abstract

Haemagglutination techniques are described for quantitating kappa:lambda ratios in human immunoglobulin. The techniques have been evaluated using monoclonal light chains from myeloma patients, but are applicable to a variety of clinical situations.
