Abstract
A case is reported involving nonsurgical and surgical treatment of a maxillary lateral incisor with a dens invaginatus and associated nonvital blunder-buss canal and a vital, normal-shaped canal. An attempt at apexification of the nonvital canal failed, resulting in the combined treatment modalities. A 1-year follow-up x-ray showed nearly complete periradicular osseous repair.Entities:
