Abstract
Three cases with polymorphous ventricular tachycardia following a standard dose of intracoronary papaverine during 102 measurements of coronary flow reserve are reported. This study suggests that all patients should be closely monitored while receiving intracoronary papaverine and that extreme caution should be employed when the drug is administered to patients with QT interval prolongation and poor coronary flow reserve.Entities:
