Abstract
Zenker's diverticulum is an outpouching of the hypopharyngeal mucosa through Killian's area, a dehiscent or weak area between the cricopharyngeus muscle and the inferior constrictor muscle. Although this entity was described more than a century ago, these pulsion diverticuli continue to challenge surgeons to this day. The authors would like to reintroduce a method of resection that has proved useful in our practice.Entities:
