Abstract
Capillary gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry was employed to quantify ethylmorphine in biological fluids and tissues in a death attributed to oral ethylmorphine ingestion. The femoral blood concentration of the drug was 488 ng/ml. Hair analysis revealed the individual's drug abuse pattern, particularly the switching from heroin to ethylmorphine.Entities:
