Abstract
Perthes' disease was seen in two boys, aged 6 1/2, with the Russell-Silver Syndrome. Both presented with groin or thigh pain in their shortened side together with a progressive limp. They were treated conservatively, and when reviewed 6 1/2 years after diagnosis the lesions of the hip had improved clinically and radiographically. The leg length discrepancy did not increase.Entities:
