Abstract
A man with traumatic thoracic duct injury developed a lymphocele causing upper airway obstruction. Despite drainage of the chylothorax, tracheal compression persisted due to a thoracic duct tear. Operative repair of the tear resulted in resolution of the airway obstruction.Entities:
