Abstract
Wide local excision and axillary clearance or sampling has become the standard surgical treatment for many breast cancers. We describe a single incision that allows good access to the primary tumour and the axilla, lies parallel to Kraissl's lines of the skin and gives good cosmetic results.Entities:
