Abstract
Endoscopy during rhinoplasty is an advance that permits the surgeon to obtain better results in cartilage and bony resections. It should decrease the number of secondary nasal revisions for small cartilaginous or bony irregularities. From May 1993, 30 patients have undergone primary and secondary rhinoplasties with complementary resections in all cases obtained with endoscopic control after the normal rhinoplastic procedure was completed.Entities:
