Abstract
We report on a woman who underwent gastrocystoplasty for radiation cystitis and in whom a peptic ulcer developed in the native portion of an augmented bladder despite hydrogen blockade medication. The ulcer resolved after the administration of a hydrogen secretion inhibitor. Peptic ulcer may be a potential hazard to patients who undergo gastrocystoplasty after pelvic radiation therapy.Entities:
