Abstract
Massage, neuromuscular therapy, Trager, and Bowen work reduce stress, relieve pain, rebalance the body, and restore a sense of general well-being. They can be used by themselves to promote physical and emotional health or with conventional medical care to restore health. This article examines the differences and similarities among these four therapies and concludes with case histories to illustrate the use of bodywork in primary care.Entities:
