Abstract
Propafenone is an infrequently used class IC antiarrhythmic drug. We report our experience with a patient who overdosed with propafenone and developed coma, seizures, bradycardia, hypotension, and conduction delay. The clinical manifestations and management of this patient are discussed in light of the known pharmacology of propafenone and compared with the limited number of cases that appear in the literature.Entities:
