[The coagulase test: considerations. II note (author's transl)].

The Authors carried out a research on 22 strains of Staphylococcus, isolated from pathological specimens, studying the free coagulase and the clumping factor with human, pig and rabbit plasma and two types of anticoagulant, citrate and heparine. The results are discussed test by test and in relation one to another.
