Abstract
Normal human skin grafted onto the nude mouse can be maintained without any signs of rejection throughout the life-span of the animal. Indeed, the nude mouse model is a powerful tool for understanding the pathological process of the skin. Until now many skin diseases such as psoriasis, cutaneous lupus, pemphigus and vitiligo have been looked at using the nude mouse model, which has helped to clarify the role of the various factors involved.Entities:
