Abstract
Although small leiomyomas of the adrenal are a common incidental finding at autopsy, larger examples are extremely rare and have been asymptomatic, discovered as an incidental finding during computed abdominal scanning. We report the first, to our knowledge, instance of a large, symptomatic adrenal leiomyoma, and discuss the pathological and radiological features of the lesion.Entities:
