Abstract
A series of azachalcones was evaluated for ability to affect secretion of myeloperoxidase by rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes stimulated by fMLP. The compounds were found to interfere with cellular uptake of extracellular calcium. Structure-activity relationships are discussed.Entities:
