Abstract
A 3-year-old white patient was hospitalized for the second recurrence of an epididymitis but this time with a left scrotal abscess. He was known to have a perineoscrotal hypospadias associated with bilateral undescended testis. Cystoscopy with cytourethrography releaved the presence of a "prostatic utricle". At operation after treatment of the infection the utricle was exised. Surprisingly a vagina masculinus (vagina, uterus and fallopian tubes without ovaries) more than a conventional utricle was found.Entities:
