Abstract
We describe a patient who, after a right cerebellar infarction, developed a right hemicerebellar syndrome and agrammatic speech without other cognitive impairments. We hypothesize that the cerebellum provides the temporal interplay among the neural structures underlying the processes responsible for production of sentences.Entities:
