Abstract
An antigenic component specific to the bloodstream form of serotype AnTat-1 of Trypanosoma brucei brucei was purified by immunoadsorption technique. Subsequently, a monospecific rabbit antiserum was prepared. Purity and specificity controls of the final product were carried out by immunoelectrophoretic analysis.Entities:
