Identification of an antibody binding site in the phase-1 flagellar protein of Salmonella typhimurium.

Abstract

A synthesized pentapeptide equivalent to a region of the phase-1 flagellar protein of Salmonella typhimurium was found to be specifically bound by antisera possessing agglutinating activity against the phase-1 flagellar antigen i.
