Abstract
The authors describe seven patients in whom the administration of tiapride led to the disappearance of visual hallucinatory manifestations with the characteristics of "release hallucinations", the results being maintained throughout the period of treatment. The authors also discuss the mechanism and presumed site of action of the drug.Entities:
