Abstract
During a 30 month period (June 1991 to December 1993) 22 stenosed naso-lacrimal ducts in 18 patients were treated by balloon dilatation. A technical success rate of 86% was achieved, and the clinical success rate was 68%, in terms of either completely relieving or greatly improving the patients' symptoms of epiphora. The mean follow-up was 17 months. No complications were encountered.Entities:
