Abstract
Malignant melanoma involving the foot has typically been documented in cases whereby the primary lesion was subungually located. Characteristic clinical features usually assist the physician in diagnosing the suspicious lesion. The case study that follows illustrates an atypical presentation of skeletally metastatic malignant melanoma of the foot where the primary lesion was not identified.Entities:
