Abstract
The synthesis of 4-adamantyl-5-aryl-3-phenyl-delta 2-1,2,4-oxadiazolines, involving an 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between 1-[(arylidene)amino]adamantanes and benzonitriloxide, is described. The evaluation of in vitro antiviral activity against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) of the compounds obtained is also reported.Entities:
