Abstract
Autotransplantations of teeth have been widely used in orthodontics, mainly in cases of severe impactions, early loss of permanent teeth, or congenital aplasia. In specific clinical situations, indication of extractions or supernumerary teeth may provide donor teeth for transplantations avoiding prosthetic or implant therapy. Two cases are presented to illustrate the topic, and prognostic factors of autotransplantation are discussed.Entities:
