Abstract
Delayed hemopericardium after blunt chest wall trauma in children is rare and difficult to recognize before overt signs of cardiac tamponade. We present a 21-month-old girl who developed a late hemopericardium with cardiac tamponade after initially unrecognized blunt chest wall injury.Entities:
