Abstract
We report the case of a 54-year-old man with an aortobronchial fistula following aortic valve replacement for prosthetic endocarditis. He presented with massive haemoptysis and the diagnosis was made following computerized tomography of the chest. Effective treatment was achieved by adhering to the basic principles of fistula management. The patient remains well at 1 year follow-up.Entities:
