Acoustic neuroma presenting as orofacial anesthesia.

Abstract

Two cases of acoustic neuroma are reported. Orofacial anesthesia was the principal symptom in each case. This presentation is unusual for this type of tumor; therefore, the relevant literature is reviewed.
