Abstract
Sclerosing stromal tumour (SST) of the ovary is a rare entity. It is a benign neoplasm which forms a distinct subgroup separate from the other ovarian stromal tumours, including thecomafibromas, by virtue of its unique histology. One such tumour in a 25-year old female is reported.Entities:
