Y Wang1.

Abstract

In the present paper, an outline of experimental studies on the factors effecting electroacupuncture analgesia is reviewed. Most of the results indicate that electroacupuncture stimulation at different intensities, frequencies, acupoints and hours produces different analgesic effects; electroacupuncture at different parameters induces different analgesia by different neurophydiologic and neurobiochemical mechanism.
