Abstract
A 79-year-old white woman underwent coronary bypass graft surgery using a left internal mammary artery graft. The patient represented with chest pains 4 months later. A total occlusion of the left subclavian artery was documented with a coronary subclavian steal. The patient was treated with an axillo-axillary Gore-Tex graft. Pathophysiology and therapeutic options of the coronary subclavian steal are discussed.Entities:
