Uterine myolipoma: diagnosis by ultrasound.

Abstract

Lipomatous lesions of the uterus are extremely rare and their diagnosis is made postoperatively in most instances. A case of uterine myolipoma identified preoperatively by ultrasound and confirmed by pathologic examination is presented.
