Nursing developments: trust nurses' views.

Innovations in nursing require strong management. In this survey, the author sought the views of trust nurse executives on how the ideas of the UKCC's The Scope of Professional Practice and clinical supervision could be implemented. The results provide food for thought for nurses at all levels.
