Abstract
We report three rare smooth muscle tumors of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) occurring in infancy. Two were benign leiomyomata and the other a leiomyosarcoma. The imaging features and presentation of leiomyosarcoma in childhood have not been previously described.Entities:
