[Double-blind comparison between amitriptyline Diffucaps and ordinary amitriptyline in sleep disorders of depressive origin].

Within the conditions of the double-blind trial, it appears that long-acting amitriptyline (Diffucaps), given at the dosage of 25 mg at the evening meal, is more active and better tolerated than a dosage of 40 mg of ordinary amitriptyline at bedtime in depressive sleep disorders.
