Abstract
Increased intracranial pressure may produce a variety of clinical manifestations, some common and others rare. We present a patient with idiopathic intracranial hypertension whose initial symptom was hemifacial spasm. All signs and symptoms of intracranial hypertension resolved with acetazolamide.Entities:
