Isolated necrotizing granulomatous vasculitis of the epididymis and spermatic cords.

Abstract

A 71-year-old man with a painful scrotal swelling was found to have necrotizing granulomatous vasculitis of the epididymis and spermatic cords. No systemic symptom was present, nor was there serological or haematological evidence of systemic vasculitis.
