Abstract
Either organ (pancreas or kidney) from a single donor in a single recipient can be discordantly lost from rejection. One can be totally rejected with the other totally normal, or the other may function within the context of chronic rejection. The pancreas is more likely to function with the kidney being rejected than vice versa.Entities:
