Abstract
The partition of human serum immunoglobulins along a pH gradient of ampholynes was investigated using the recently developed method of preparative isoelectrofocusing. Each isotype was demonstrated to display a specific pI range, with limited overlapping. IgA appear to be the most acidic serum immunoglobulins while IgG are clearly basic.Entities:
