Abstract
Gelatinous transformation of the bone marrow is a rare histological lesion usually associated with cachexia. The authors report three new cases, two in anorexia nervosa and the third in Hodgkin disease. A review of the literature underlines association with marrow cell necrosis and provides the most frequent etiologies. Pathogenesis of gelatinous transformation remains unclear and her prognostic depends on etiology.Entities:
