Abstract
Bone allograft surgery provides an attractive and effective solution to many orthopedic problems. Nevertheless, the entire process is technically demanding and associated with many potential complications of which infection is one of the most difficult to treat. Many advances have been made in the procurement and use of bone allografts, and further investigation should expand the applications of allograft surgery and continue to diminish the incidence of complications.Mesh:
