Abstract
The added technical complexity associated with the transfixion screws for interlocking nailing has introduced new complications. We present a case of a femoral arteriovenous fistula caused by the distal interlocking screw after intramedullary nailing of a comminuted diaphyseal femoral fracture.Entities:
