[Simultaneous renal cell carcinoma and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. A case report].

Abstract

Herein we describe a case of renal cell carcinoma at the base of a giant right renal cyst coexisting with transitional cell carcinoma. The humoral, radiographic, endoscopic and CT findings are presented, as well as treatment and the results achieved at one year follow-up.
