Abstract
Dural metastases in the posterior fossa are relatively rare. We report a combination of cutaneous metastases in the scalp of the occiput with ipsilateral dural metastasis in the posterior fossa, on the inferior surface of the tentorium. It is suggested that all the metastases spread via the external carotid artery.Entities:
