A method of closed reduction of posterior dislocation of the elbow.

Abstract

A simple and safe method of closed reduction of fresh posterior dislocation of the elbow is described. The method does not require assistance, sedation, traction or significant manipulation. It has succeeded in 90% of dislocations within 24 h of injury.
